Dr. Quarterman brings over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, higher education, and the government sector. She has devoted more than 20 years to leadership roles and over 15 years as an Adjunct Professor. Additionally, she has volunteered with numerous non-profit organizations, demonstrating her commitment to service and community engagement. Education and Certifications 

Dr. Quarterman holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Master's Degree in Adult Education, and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership. She also possesses professional certifications in accounting, conflict management, and human resources. Passion for the Cause Dr. Quarterman is deeply passionate about ensuring access to adequate and efficient housing for those in need. 

She recognizes that many individuals require support, and having the necessary resources available is crucial to providing them with the foundation to transform their lives. The various socioeconomic challenges within our communities drive her dedication to educating people and offering the resources they need to enhance their quality of life Achievements and Impact EEC is committed to building community connections and serving as a valuable resource by collaborating with local governments, businesses, and other non-profit organizations. 

Elevating Community Connection focus is on reducing economic hardship by offering essential services such as job training workshops, financial literacy programs, and transitional housing initiatives. Role and Responsibilities As a nonprofit executive, her responsibilities include providing philanthropic and managerial leadership in overseeing the operations of Elevating Community Connections (ECC). She works to advance ECC’s mission by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with and support the organization’s goals.
